About Us
ARKI+ International è costituito da un Gruppo di Studi di Progettazione e di General Contractor Edili, di elevatissimo profilo ed esperienza internazionale. Questi soggetti, tutti operanti presso le rispettive strutture operative, variamente dislocate sul territorio italiano, fanno capo agli uffici della sede del Gruppo, situati in posizione centralissima nel cuore di Venezia, presso i quali vengono erogati i servizi di progettazione e quanto a loro annesso.
Lo staff complessivo di Professionisti operativi supera le 250 unità, mentre sono oltre 3.000 gli addetti presenti all'interno dei Contractors.
ARKI + International is made up of a Group of Designer Planning and General Contractor of high profile and international experience. These Professionals, all working at their operational structures, variously located on the Italian territory, are headed to the offices of the Group's headquarters, located in a central position in the heart of Venice, where design, projects and other services are delivered.
Our team of Professionals exceed 250 units, while are more than 3,000 workers inside of Contractors.

I nostri professionisti vantano esperienze in grandi opere: gallerie, viadotti, ponti, sia in ambito stradale che ferroviario.
In grado di sovrintendere alle molteplici esigenze derivanti dalle grandi opere infrastrutturali, gestiamo le commesse dall'analisi dell'impatto ambientale, alla cantieristica, passando per le valutazioni relative alla scelta dei tracciati, sino alla progettazione delle opere accessorie, quali i portali delle gallerie, i centri di manutenzione e controllo autostradale e le barriere acustiche-visive.
Our professionals have experience in large works: tunnels, viaducts, bridges, for road and rail constructions. Able to overseeing the multiple requirements present in large infrastructural works, we manage all contracts from the analysis of the environmental impact, to the yard, going for the choice of the tracks, to the accessory works design, like tunnel portals, control and maintenance highway centers and noise-visual barriers.

Particolare attenzione viene dedicata al comparto turistico ricettivo, dove le attività svolte dal gruppo contano il raggiungimento di particolari risultati, sia in tema progettuale che realizzativo.
In tal modo, occupandoci anche della progettazione dell'intero comparto furnishing, siamo in grado di ottimizzare i volumi interni ancora in fase di progetto, sia in dipendenza dei contenuti di allestimento che abbiamo pensato di inserire all'interno degli ambienti, che per il global interior design che andrà attuato nel suo insieme.

The theme of the High Rise designs, rarely used in Italian territory, is present in our portfolio, thanks to a long presence of our designers overseas, in countries that have the tower buildings as their business card. The strong propensity to innovation makes Arki + International one of the most advanced reality present on the market: the design concerning GDA (Global Dynamic Architecture), that the group is planning, are proof of that.

I Centri Commerciali, hanno registrato un incremento notevole nei mercati globali dell'ultimo decennio immobiliare.
Grazie all'introduzione continua dei cosiddetti Shopping Village (Outlet o semplicemente commercial), il fatturato delle vendite al dettaglio si è gradualmente spostato verso questi grandi contenitori.
L'attenzione particolare che i nostri progetti rivolgono a questo settore edilizio, ha consentito di sostituire ad involucri spesso anonimi una architettura che imponga la concezione del design in luogo della mera "scatola" architettonica.
The shopping centers, showed a significant increase in the global markets of the last decade real estate. With the continuous introduction of so-called Shopping Village (Outlet or just commercial), the turnover of retail sales, has gradually moved to these large containers. Our particular focus for projects of this construction sector, has allowed us to replace a beautiful architecture, to building anonymous. This has allowed us to introduce a conception of design, where before there was a purely industrial "box" architecture.

Come abbiamo visto più sopra, tra i settori che godono della nostra massima attenzione, vi è quello del turismo e quindi degli Hotel e Resorts di lusso.
Edifici che oggi non possono esimersi dal possedere contenuti di qualità legati al wellness ed alle termo - idroterapie.
Pertanto, piscine, centri di trattamento con massaggi e saune di vario tipo, e più in generale contenuti che offrano benessere, sono alla base di qualsiasi progetto alberghiero che abbiamo condotto, sempre con l'obiettivo di coniugare qualità, efficacia ed organizzazione, alle ultime tendenze.
As we have seen above, one of the sectors that have our full attention, is that of tourism and therefore of luxury hotels and resorts. Buildings today cannot avoid to have high quality content related to wellness and heat - water therapies. Swimming pools, massage and treatment centers with different kind of saunas, and more generally wellness content, are the basis of any hotel project that we have designed, always with the aim of combining quality, effectiveness and organization, to the latest trends.

Luxury Interior Design
Le progettazioni alberghiere sono, in generale, quelle che maggiormente aprono le porte al mondo del lusso, specie se gli oggetti immobiliari sono insediati in location di particolare pregio e notorietà, piuttosto che si distinguano per appartenere a brand o realtà di primissima categoria.
Le realizzazioni che i nostri team di specialisti hanno curato, trattano tuttavia anche l'allestimento di ville, castelli e residenze di lusso.
Specie in paesi ove lo sfarzo e l'opulenza fanno parte della richiesta progettuale specifica del committente, vi è la possibilità di spaziare ad ampio raggio sui temi del Lusso, talvolta anche sfrenato.
